and IvyCap Ventures Advisors Pvt. Ltd. , referred to as IVAPL in the following
text, as the owner of the Website. This Policy does not apply to third-party

OUR USE OF IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between IVAPL and You in connection with or arising out of the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Policy, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the laws of India for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.
There shall be one (1) arbitrator and the venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.
The language of the arbitration proceedings and of all written decisions and correspondence relating to the arbitration shall be English.
IVAPL makes no representation that the content contained on the Website is appropriate or to be used or accessed outside India. If You use or access the Website from outside India , You do so at Your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction.
You agree that on termination of your relationship with IvyCamp, certain personal information and data in respect of your company shall be retained by IvyCamp if reasonably necessary to comply with the legal obligations, regulatory requirements, dispute resolution, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, discharge our responsibilities and to carry out our functions as an accelerator.
You are aware and agree that IvyCamp shall not be responsible for any information you have shared with any third party through emails, letters and other correspondences while you were a part of any IvyCamp Program.
For the purposes of carrying out various Programs, IvyCamp shall have the right to share your personal information and information relating to your company with other members participating in the program including mentors, corporates affiliated with the Program, any affiliate, associate company, service providers, investors, funds etc. However, IvyCamp shall not share any such information belonging to you with any other Startup participating in the Program.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to Our practices. If We make any material changes We will notify You by e-mail (sent to the e-mail address specified in Your account) or by means of a notice on this Website prior to the change becoming effective.
